Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Hatha Yoga
Yoga was developed up to 5,000 years ago in India as a comprehensive system for well being on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. While Yoga is often equated with Hatha Yoga, the well known system of postures and breathing techniques, Hatha Yoga is only a part of the overall discipline.
Gyrokinesis
The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method, which coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
